Encore Call · Effective 24 September 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Encore Call, a music release discovery platform available at www.encorecall.com (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Encore Call aggregates publicly available information about music releases — titles, thumbnails, view statistics, and release dates — from official artist and label YouTube channels, and presents it in a ranked, searchable wall. The Service embeds video players hosted by YouTube. We do not host, store, or transmit any music or video files.
All music, videos, artwork, trademarks, and other materials accessible through the Service belong to their respective owners — the artists, labels, and publishers who created them. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights in that content to you. Your use of embedded content remains subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and the rights holders' terms.
You agree not to:
Votes are anonymous and rate-limited. We may adjust tallies or block abuse patterns at our discretion, without notice.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of rankings or release dates, or non-infringement. Rankings reflect automated signals and community votes, not editorial endorsements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of Encore Call shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Encore Call displays previews of content owned by others and claims no rights in it. If you believe material accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us using the address below. Embedded videos may also be reported directly through YouTube's own processes, which we defer to for takedowns of the underlying content.
Questions about these Terms can be directed to [email protected].
